Welcome! We’re Mason and Sarah, the husband-and-wife team behind TN Spring Creek Farms, a regenerative livestock farm in Middle Tennessee. We started our farm in 2020 with a mission: to raise healthy, low-input livestock perfect for homesteaders, regenerative agriculture, and farm-to-table producers.

Our focus is on registered St. Croix sheep and lambs, known for their parasite resistance, docile temperament, and ability to thrive on 100% grass-fed diets on our Tennessee farm. Alongside our sheep, we raise calm, grass-finished cattle with access to clean, flowing water from a nearby 70-acre lake.

Whether you're starting a homestead, expanding a regenerative grazing operation, or looking for breeding stock or grass-fed beeef, we’d love to be part of your journey. Our livestock are raised with care, sustainability, and long-term performance in mind.

WHY did we start our regenerative farm?

At TN Spring Creek Farms, we believe in the lasting value of faith, family, and farming. Our passion for agriculture runs deep—rooted in generations of farm experience—and we’re proud to continue that legacy by raising St. Croix sheep and lambs using regenerative, sustainable practices here in Middle Tennessee.

We started our farm in 2020 because we saw a need: fewer young people entering agriculture, family farms being lost to development, and a growing disconnect between people and their food sources. We knew there had to be a better way—one that supported families, homesteaders, and sustainable farming alike.

Our goal is to make quality, low-input livestock—like parasite-resistant St. Croix lambs—accessible to farmers and families of all experience levels. Whether you're launching your first homestead or expanding a regenerative grazing operation, we’re here to help you succeed with healthy, high-quality animals that fit your land and lifestyle.

From our family to yours, we’re committed to building a better future—one lamb, one farm, and one family at a time.
